General Terms and Conditions of Roffelpage Webshop, Roffel Media Entertainment®

Roffelpage Webshop is an activity of Roffel Media Entertainment®, located in Heerhugowaard.
You can request contact with the webshop via a Ticket.
By placing your order you indicate that you agree with the terms of delivery and payment. Roffelpage shop has the right to change its delivery and / or payment conditions after the expiry of the term. If you receive items that you have not ordered, you must inform Roffelpage shop. Any inaccuracies in the information provided to you by the Roffelpage shop must be reported immediately to Roffel Media Entertainment®.
The personal information you provide to us is treated in strict confidence. The data remains within our organization and is not released to third parties. The information obtained is used to process orders and to provide information about your order.
Prices include VAT.
In the ordering process you will receive information about the amount you ultimately have to pay: the total amount of the product or products you want to order plus the shipping costs.
SHIPPING AND PACKAGING COSTS
You pay a contribution depending on your purchase amount for preparing, checking, transporting and delivering your order: See the overview under Shipping costs.
Roffel Media Entertainment® does its utmost to deliver orders as soon as possible. If the ordered item is no longer in stock, you will be notified as soon as possible. We will then try to meet your request. Roffelpage shop will then hold your order. If subsequent delivery is ultimately no longer possible, you will also be notified and this item will be canceled from your order. The orders are sent with DHL or TNT Post.
The customer pays the shipping costs. The shipping costs are stated on the website.
If the purchased product is a downloadable product, Roffel Media Entertainment® will do its utmost to make your product available as soon as possible.
This is done manually, so it won't work right away.
Downloads cannot be returned. Once you have been offered an activation key, it is your property.
We can only proceed with a refund if the download is demonstrably defective.
The "VKO Sample Package" product is not supplied with the Hauptwerk program. You must purchase this separately.
RME is not responsible for all issues related to Hauptwerk itself.
Your registration/activation key will be registered at RME. If a copy is placed on a computer other than the address where the ordered software is installed, the activation will be blocked and your organ and the copy will no longer be playable. By accepting these terms and conditions you agree to this.
Payment must be received by Roffel Media Entertainment® before the goods are delivered.
You can pay:

- or by bank transfer, after email contact.
We use telebanking so that we can usually process your payment and ship your order the same day.
Roffel Media Entertainment® cannot accept any liability for the consequences of writing errors on the website or other forms of media. By placing an order, each customer unreservedly agrees to the above terms and conditions of sale.
